Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Airport and point-to-point transfers require no deposit. A valid credit card holds your reservation and is charged in full once your trip is complete. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup; cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows are charged 50% of the quoted fare.

Hourly and as-directed charters are confirmed with a 25% deposit, with the balance due on the day of service. Cancel 7 or more days ahead for a full deposit refund. Inside 7 days the deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations inside 48 hours are charged the applicable minimum-hour rate.

Party Bus, wedding and prom bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit, with the balance due 48 hours before pickup. Cancel 14 or more days ahead for a full deposit refund; inside 14 days the deposit is non-refundable.

All rates are subject to 13% HST. A valid credit card is required on file for every reservation to cover overtime, cleaning, damage and any other charges set out in our rental agreement.
